Law Journal (LAW0800)

Law Journal (2 credit hours) (Professor Kinsler) requires a student to successfully complete two years of service on the Appalachian Journal of Law, including at least one year as a member of the Board of the Journal, and to produce a note of publishable quality. Successful completion of the course is determined by the Journal's Faculty Advisor. This course is graded on a pass/fail basis. Successful completion of the course will substitute for the Seminar requirement or a 2-credit upper level elective course, at the student's option.
